YogaAccessories™ yoga balls are made from a durable vinyl, and are designed to support up to 600 pounds of pressure. The balls are shipped deflated, and can be inflated quickly and easily with a ball pump. Each ball comes with a free pump (one per order). Physical therapists and dancers use physio exercise balls in a variety of movements. Used in both yoga and Pilates, these air-filled balls give support in poses such as backbends, hip openers and restorative poses.

This exercise ball was exactly what I hoped for.
It came in a timely manner.
The pump was a little rough to use but other than that the product is great.
It is rugged and does what I need it to do.

This ball is a great addition to my abdominal strength routine and stretching.
75cm is a bit tall for me but I wanted it so I could use it for my stretches as well.
I also enjoy sitting on my ball while watching tv.
It helps with my posture and core tightness.

Exactly what it is promoted as. Keeps it's shape and air for a long time. My only problem was the pump - it's a hand pump! It took 1 hour (and a very tired arm) to fill up the ball. Otherwise, it's a great product!
